The Bower Actinidia, in Latin Actinidia arguta, can be found more or less around Japan, Korea, and Manchuria. It normally look like a twining vine; requires support, making it a unique plant! In the summer, its foliage looks like alternate, simple, unlobed leaves with sharp serrations; 3" to 5" long and in the automn it generally looks like very late to color and drop leaves. The Bower Actinidia (Actinidia arguta) has beautiful flowers that are whitish-green with purple anthers; 0.80" across and grows fruits, characterized as berry, 1" long, fleshy, greenish. Its bark is very interesting, where we see brownish, with many lenticels on it.
