The Common Trumpetcreeper, originally named Campsis radicans, i usually found close to the eastern and south central United States. It usually looks like a deciduous climbing vine, making it a unique plant! In the summer, its foliage is more or less opposite deciduous leaves and in the automn it is more or less fall color is poor. The Common Trumpetcreeper (Campsis radicans) has beautiful flowers that are showy, tubular flowers and grows fruits, characterized as a 3" to 5" long capsule about 0.75" wide. An interesting thing is its bark, where we see light tan on it.
