The Goldenchaintree, in Latin Laburnum x watereri, i usually found close to a hybrid between
L. alpinum. It can generally be recognized as a small, deciduous tree, making it a unique plant! In the summer, the form of its leafs is more or less alternate trifoliate leaves and in the automn it can be described as yellow-green. The Goldenchaintree (Laburnum x watereri) grows flowers that are very showy pendulous clusters that can be 10" to 20" long and its fruits are more or less a small flattened pod. Its bark is very interesting, where a special pattern can be found, stems are shiny, olive green on it. A fact to point at about the way it is cultured would be that likes a moist, fertile, cool, well-drained soil However, another characteristic with the Goldenchaintree can be that a short-lived tree under most situations We can easily recognize a Laburnum x watereri having its small, obovate-shaped tree. The Goldenchaintree's propagation method is pretty interesting since it is done leaf bud or root cuttings
