The Noble Fir, also referred as Abies procera, i usually found close to northwestern United States. To recognize it it is mainly evergreen tree, making it a very special plant among others! In the summer, the form of its leafs is more or less 1" to 1.5" long and in the automn it is more or less no fall color (evergreen). The Noble Fir (Abies procera) has beautiful flowers that are no ornamental value and grows fruits that are large purple brown cones. Its bark is very interesting, where a special pattern can be found, gray and smooth; initially with age it breaks up into thin rectangular plates on it. An important thing to know about the way it is cultured would be that transplants easily when root pruned However, another characteristic with the Noble Fir can be that dislikes high pH We can easily identify Abies procera having its needles have notched tip. The Noble Fir's propagation method is uncommon since it will do it by seed, good germination doesn't require any treatments
