The Red Ash, originally named Fraxinus pennsylvanica, is generally living in zones around eastern United States. Its morphology is mainly a medium to large, deciduous tree, making it an uncommon plant! In the summer, its foliage is more or less opposite leaf arrangement and in the automn its foliage is specially yellow fall color. The Red Ash (Fraxinus pennsylvanica) also has flowers being dioecious, with male and female plants and grows fruits that are female plants produce samaras. It has a special bark, where we can see gray bark on it. An interesting information to note about its culture would be that full sun Also, an inconvinient with the Red Ash can be that female trees produce lots of seed, leading to numerous unwanted seedlings It can be easy to recognize a Fraxinus pennsylvanica with its opposite leaves. The Red Ash's reproduction is pretty interesting since it does it by bud grafting
